The 90 Day Enhancement Program, co-founded with Byron Johns, builds businesses by helping decision makers to plan goal priorities, sets up project implementation plans, and organizes team building. 

 

The second program called, Be the Leaders in Your Life, supports individual excellence and guides people to turn concepts into actual action.Glenn’s management coaching works with individuals and small groups, and Fortune 500 companies to implement visions, missions, goals for the future of an organization.

 

The coaching finds the drive within individuals and applies that to communication so that leadership styles can be cultivated by building with other members, groups, and departments.

 

Glenn has organized and inspired a conversation to stimulate and activate the Economic Development conversation for South Queens. He is working with York College’s Small Business Development Center and other stakeholders in South Queens to generate a Master Economic Development Plan.

 

Glenn’s work with Byron Johns helped to co-found the People Of African Descent Empowerment Group [PADEG] in 1990, which promotes leadership training by showing people how to identify opportunities in a group structure. The goal strives to guide people, promote, and market new concepts so others can see the benefits.

 

Glenn’s work with PADEG’s investment partnership brought in 20 members who invested in stocks and mutual funds between 1997 – 2011, which created over $250,000 of net worth using monthly contributions.

 

Glenn and Bill Patterson’s Training & Development programs produced a methodology that focused on the predictability of future growth from past performance and the economic climate of a company. They contrasted the company’s ability to expand future product lines, manage internal resources, and  maintain a consistent leadership message compared with industry norms. 

 

PADEG’s long range goals aim to provide people with a collaboration of business skills, and services to support people around the world within a World Resource Network. That network serves as a bank of skills used by people through the Internet and The International Black Summit.

 

Glenn’s Commercial Real Estate skills with the Farmers Blvd Community Development Corporation in New York City has resulted in the renovation of a cornerstone building that has been vacant for over the last 30 years.

 

Glenn serves as director of Real Estate Operations for the Farmers Blvd Community Development Corp to promote commercial development in St Albans, Queens. As a member of the Land Use Committee & the Economic Development Committee for Community Board 12, Glenn actively participates with the decision makers to protect the development of the area and to advance the neighborhood’s interests for the benefit of all.

 

As a Trained Facilitator for the International Black Summit, Glenn has led the Youth Summit for approximately 12 years.Glenn’s development of the Youth Leadership Academy for the African Community Center for Empowerment has established training exercises for youth.
